Valentines Cake

I made this for a Valentines Party I had with some friends from our ward yesterday. I have been wanting to try a topsy turvy for awhile but never have the occasion. I think a topsy turvy looks best with at least 3 tiers but we just really didn't need that much cake. I ended up being very happy with it though. I watched a video on youtube to figure out the carving and it wasnt as hard as I expected. Then the hearts in their various shades of pink just came together really as I went along and voila- a Valentines cake is born.
